About Me

As a Person

My name is Armin Kamsi & I was born in Southern California. I have many interests. I love to watch soccer, listen to music, play video games. Some of my inspirations are Lionel Messi, Eric Barone (ConcernedApe), Mac DeMarco, Michael Jordan, my mom & my girlfriend. I also love to hit the road any chance I get!

As a Game Dev

I have been an indie game developer with 4 years of experience. I have created many games in the past, my current project being Foragery. I've been passionate about game development ever since I released one of my first games at age 14.

GUN&DUN (2021)

Having trouble with your aim? Play GUN&DUN, a 2D aim trainer where you play as a gun with different colors to unlock as you progress in the various difficulties of the game. Start your aiming journey with the "Easy" mode and eventually reaching "Impossible"!

Foragery (2024)

Washed up on the shore of an abandoned island, you need to find your way back home. As you explore the top-down world of Foragery, the adventure and story captivate you. Explore the distinct buildings and climates on the islands and uncover a story that calls for more than you bargained for.

NALA (TBD)

Working at an arcade in the '90s, your boss alerts you to a faulty machine and makes you take it to the back. Your curiosity gets the best of you and you fire it up. Not beknown to you, the game is cursed and you must beat it to stop your life from changing forever.

I began making games on itch.io (Bob and Robbers, Spik, etc.), and with the experience from the aforementioned games, I released my first game on Steam titled GUN&DUN. I then began working at Hands-On Technology Education as a camp counselor and curriculum developer. I curated a curriculum to teach kids game development which I presented at the 2023 San Diego Educators STEAM Conference along with a presentation about transitioning children from E-Sports to game development. In 2021 alongside a friend, I made a small trivia game for the Congressional App Challenge. Now, I am working on my biggest project yet, Foragery.
